Uganda Christian University intends to receive its new crop of students through an orientation program scheduled for Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024. The orientation will take place at Nkoyoyo Hall starting at 7:30 AM.
This orientation event focuses on freshers enrolled in the Department of Computing and Technology, courses included being BSc. Data Science, BSc. Computer Science, BSc. Information Technology, Diploma in Information Technology, and BSc. Electronics & Communication Science.
The orientation program aims at smoothly upgrading fresher students into university life. It will give a bird’s-eye view of university culture, academic expectations, and resources available for students at large. This will also enable freshers to interact with their peers, faculty members, and the administrative staff in order to prepare them adequately for the journey ahead.
It is against this background that all freshers from the courses listed below are invited to this important event, as Uganda Christian University attributes orientation to laying the foundation for a worthwhile academic experience at the university.
