Nkumba University is pleased to announce to the general public that it will be having its 26th Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, October 26th, 2024. The event will be held at the main campus in Entebbe and will start at 8:00 a.m.
This year’s occasion will be themed under “30 Years of Transforming Dreams Into Knowledge and Skills.”
Event Details and Theme
This year’s graduation theme, “30 Years of Transforming Dreams into Knowledge and Skills,” summarizes the institution’s ideology in regards to quality education and building students with skills in the achievement of their dreams. This marks the thirtieth anniversary of academic excellence and transformation; it is, in a way, a celebration of the institution’s and graduates’ achievement altogether.
Timeline and Requirements for Graduation
Finally, graduands are informed that the following Cornel program be strictly complied with and all procedures completed with absolute promptness.
- a) Clearance for graduation — begins on 31st August, 2024, until 12th October 2024.
- b) Issuing/Collection of graduation regalia and invitation cards: 25th September to 12th October, 2024
- c) Final list of graduands — 18th Oct 2024
- d) Graduation Booklet Printing — 20th Oct 2024.
- Class of 2024 Commencement Lecture: This will take place on October 25th, 2024, the eve of Graduation Day.
