The audience waits in expectation as the Miss Tourism Uganda organizers prep themselves to unveil to the public the shortlisted finalists who will tussle it out this year; the search for the new Queen has been so vigorous that the team moved from region to region, finally coming up with the chosen winners for each region.
The searches have covered several regions, including Northern, Eastern, West Nile, Kigezi, Rwenzori, Bunyoro, Buganda, and Busoga, where the regional crowning events conclude this weekend to pave way for the grand finale.
The September 14th grand finale to decide on the ultimate and rightful queen of Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25 will end in fashion at Kampala Serena Hotel, where regional winners, first and second runners-up, will pin it off. This week, the contestants will be fully revealed during an event at Serena Hotel next Friday. After their revelation, all the contestants will head to a boot camp for one week to prepare for the final competition.
The Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25 will not just be carrying one of the most prestigious titles home but will represent Uganda at the international level as she gets to be part of the Miss Tourism International Pageant held in Malaysia. She will also be the ambassador for Uganda tourism, championed to sell Uganda’s tourism potential to the international world.
