The Islamic University in Uganda is currently basking in a historic feat since Namuleme Angella of IUIU Female Campus in Kabojja was elected the President of Uganda Law Students Association.
The recent election of Namuleme Angella as President of the Uganda Law Students will mean taking forward the interests, problems, and practices of the Ugandan student of the law from all over the country in general. She will address the problems of her peers and, as their President, she will improve legal education and enjoy improved opportunities for practicing lawyers.
She will be representing students from other prestigious law schools in Uganda, including Makerere University, Uganda Christian University, Kampala International University, and any other institutions offering law programs in the country.
This historic success underlines not only the leadership capacities of Angella but has also set a very important precedent for women. Congratulations to Namuleme Angella on this great achievement!
