Kyambogo University has informed students that admission letters for those who applied for a change of programme or study time for the Academic Year 2024/2025 are now ready for collection. These can be collected from the Admissions Block, Rooms 3 & 4.
Requirements for Collecting the Admission Letter
- Previous Admission Letter: Bring along the admission letter for the programme or study time you were initially admitted to.
- Original A-Level Result Slip: The original slip is to be shown as evidence of qualifications.
Collection Time
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Important Note
The admission letter must be collected by the student in person. No third party is allowed to collect the admission letter on behalf of any student.
Have all the required documents at hand and pick your admission letter before the closing date.
