Deogratius Ssendiwala, known as Champion Ogudo, has been handed a lifeline through a well-meaning sponsor. He has gone back to school.
Since the separation from his former guardian, the musician Alien Skin, Ogudo had been out of school, and his dreams for continuing his education were far from reach. All that changed when Counsel Luyimbazi Nalukoola came forward to cater for the young boy’s school expenses to ensure his return to education today.
By the time Ogudo and his brother walked out of Alien Skin’s Fangone Forest headquarters in Makindye, they had been cast out into the cold without financial support. Grateful for the support, until recently Ogudo had professed how he longed to go back to school, but could not afford to do so–that is, until now.
This donation has just revitalized Ogudo’s future in education.
