Nkumba University releases important dates for the 26th Graduation Ceremony scheduled to take place on 26th October 2024. Graduates are encouraged to follow the timeline below to assist in the smooth flow of activities up to the ceremony date.
In this regard, the clearance process effective from 31st August 2024 stipulates that all prospective graduands must effect both academic and financial clearances no later than 12th October 2024, failure of which the same would be barred from the graduation process.
Final lists of graduations will be published on 18th October 2024. Collection of graduation gown and invitation card will also be done from 25th September to 12th October 2024, as will be the clearance.
Graduands are advised to complete all the requirements in good time to avoid complications since only those in the final list will be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
