Busitema University would like to take this opportunity to inform all prospective students that admission lists for all programmes are finally out for the 2024/2025 academic year. In view of this, the university hereby releases its provisional admission list for supplementary, mop-up, and appeals admissions.
Provisional Admission List
The provisional admission list for the 2024/2025 academic year is out. This comprises supplementary, mop-up, and appeal admissions. The list is now available on the university application portal: Busitema University Admissions. Admission letters will be ready for issuance starting Wednesday, 24th July 2024. Students are requested to come with their former Institution identity card and all original Academic documents to collect their admission letters.

Specific Program Application Extension
Some specific programmes in the under-listed Faculties have some slots for admission. The Faculties are:
- Faculty of Science and Education
- Faculty of Engineering and Technology
- Faculty of Management Sciences
- Faculty of Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences
The closing date for applications is Friday, 9th August 2024. All interested applicants should log on to the application portal to apply.
