Gulu University has announced a call for appeals for 2024/2025 Academic admission. This is for applicants whose names are not on the current admission lists as per www.gu.ac.ug. If you wish to appeal for admission, follow these guidelines carefully:
Guidelines for Appeals:
a) Eligibility: Only those who applied online, paid an applicable fee by the stipulated closing date, and are not on the admission list due to errors in the application forms, wrong choice of programmes, incorrect entry scheme, and or any other justifiable reason do qualify to appeal.
b) Programmes: Applicants may make appeals for admission to any of the advertised programmes provided they meet the cutoff points.
a) Download Form: Call for Appeals for Admission 2024/2025 Academic Year
b) Fill the form, attach a copy of the application form, the application fee payment slip, and academic documents.
c) Deadline: Scan all documents into one PDF bearing name in the format Scheme_Name—I.e. Direct Entry_Akello Prossy) and send to admissions@gu.ac.ug, not later than 28th July 2024. Late appeals shall not be processed.

- Appeal is free of charge. Applicants who pay any fee do so at their own risk.
- Applicants are strictly warned against presenting forged academic documents in support of their applications. The consequences, when discovered, are severe.
