Controversial internet sensation Tamale Mirundi Junior has once again attracted talkability, after confessing to having gotten turned down by TikTok sensation-turned-singer Winnie wa Mummy, when he asked her for a hookup. In an interview with Zubedah Shamim Mayanja on her YouTube channel Executive Media, Mirundi Junior said that he had DMed Winnie wa Mummy, offering her money in exchange for a sexual encounter, and was rebuffed.
An enraged Mirundi Junior said during the interview that though he had offered Shs300,000 to help her pay rent, the rising star rebuffed his proposal. He fumed, “I’m angry with Winnie wa Mummy; I asked her out, and she acted all high and mighty in the DMs. She is hooking up with guys for as low as 7k!” The possible bruising of the rejection was palpable to remember the wanton display at an Acidic Vokoz-organized event where she danced suggestively in front of him.
Winnie wa Mummy is an online sensation amassing over one million followers on TikTok for her relatable content showcasing her lowly upbringing in the ghetto. She has of late joined music, releasing her maiden single with Mudra Viral, and this has cemented her influence even further.
At the same time, Tamale Mirundi Junior has grown his reputation for being very bold in his social commentaries and unapologetic takes; hence, he attracted a huge following on social media. His outspoken personality has landed him spots on major television shows, and adding to the fame was his relationship with socialite Nalongo Don Zella.
The revelation has simply added fuel to the fire as far as these two, Winnie wa Mummy and Mirundi Junior, are concerned with controversies not leaving their public personas.
