Clearance for the October 2024 graduating class at Uganda Christian University officially began. From 25th September 2024, starting at 2 pm, the graduands will report to the Standard offices for clearance. This is contrary to the Alumni Office since some discrepancies were registered.
This form is to be filled out online before arrival for clearance. They are also supposed to send a photo, renamed with their full name, course, contact details, and campus, to this alumni email: publicity@alumni.ucu.ac.ug.
This is a clearance for the second part of the 25th Graduation Ceremony that UCU intends to hold on October 25, 2024. The first part of this ceremony was held at the main campus in Mukono on July 5th, 2024, where 1,160 students graduated. In regard to this, graduands have to fulfill the requirements for them not to be inconvenienced during the graduation process.
