Ndejje University is preparing for the 26th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for 11th October 2024. The highly awaited event shall proceed at its main campus in Luweero and will be a glorifying ceremony of the student’s good performance in various disciplines under the theme “Bearing Fruits that Abide.”
For the clearance to attend the ceremony, graduands need to undergo some procedures. The procedures, therefore, involve many steps, the first being making necessary payments at the bank. The students will then obtain clearance forms from the Accounts Section, which, as part of the formal sign-off, they will be required to have endorsed by various departments.
Once they have followed through with these processes, graduands should deposit into the Office of the Academic Registrar acknowledged result slips. It is only after this final submission that graduands shall be allowed to collect their graduation gowns and invitation cards.
As the clearance deadline approaches, Ndejje University encourages students to follow these guidelines closely in order for them to fully take part in this event. It is at this point prudent that students start the process early to avoid eleventh-hour rushes that may ruin their graduation day in one way or another.
Take note of any additional information through the university’s official channels of communication.
