Mbarara University of Science and Technology will hold its 31st Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 19th October 2024, at the Kihumuro Campus Grounds. The ceremony commences at 8:00 a.m. This is an important ceremony in the life of the university because of the achievements of the graduands.
Payments and Requirements for Graduands
The graduands will pay a fee of UGX 80,000 to attend the ceremony. Inclusive in the UGX 80,000 is UGX 70,000 that shall be paid to the URA and UGX 10,000 to Mbarara University of Science and Technology Convocation. Payments shall be made to the account below:

Collection of Invitation Cards
The invitation cards for the graduation ceremony will be ready to collect from the Academic Registrar’s Department from Monday, October 14, 2024.
Eligibility Requirements
All graduands must ensure they satisfy the eligibility requirements for graduation by September 13, 2024. This includes clearing all academic and financial requirements. They are expected to pay all outstanding fees and provide the necessary documents.
