Kyambogo University has reminded all prospective graduands to ensure that they conclude the clearance processes before the 20th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled to take place from 10th to 13th December 2024. The Academic Registrar called for the finalizing of all academic and financial obligations to ensure that one is qualified to participate in the forthcoming graduation.
Deadline for Clearance
We expect the final clearance for graduation to be completed on Wednesday, 13th November 2024. It is expected that students take this seriously and ensure that any outstanding requirements regarding fees, library books, and submission of documents are made.

This registration must be done online through the following link: Graduation Registration or graduands can directly open the portal for registration by scanning the QR code availed from the University.
