This is, therefore, to announce that the Kampala International University is poised to host its most prestigious 10th Guild Union Freshers Ball on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Basajja SS Grounds, courtesy of MTN Pulse. This is an event that new students cannot afford to miss as they officially kick-start their campus journey in style.
The event promises to be yet again loaded with electrifying performances by top artists, led by Zex Bilangilangi and T Paul 256, adding to that will be DJ Tony 24/7, who has promised nonstop music together with Bryan Selekta, while Campus Eye and MC Sir Julio host the night to ensure a full-of-life show from start to end.
Other than the musical line-up, exciting activities like rap battles, dance battles, and an open mic session will be provided to expose the different talents of students. There will be fun experiences like face painting, a 360 spin photo booth, and mouth-watering treats that include ice cream to keep your energy alive throughout the night.
The evening’s highlight will be the crowning of Mr. and Miss Fresher, a competition that celebrates the newest members with charm and charisma in the KIU community. There are also varying tickets available at the event: ORD at 10,000 UGX, VIP at 20,000 UGX, and a table at 300,000 UGX.
